What to Expect:

A Ruby Charles Client can expect to spend around $3,000 for 100 custom invitations.

That includes the custom invitation, original watercolor, envelopes, RSVP card/envelopes and a details card. Pricing will vary depending on quantity and additional embellishments added such as envelope liners, calligraphy addressed envelopes, vintage stamps, wax seals, ribbons, watercolor maps - the possibilities are endless! I will gladly work with you on building a quote that fits into your budget.

Aside from giving your guests a beautiful piece of art in the mail, you will be gifted

all of the original artwork used in your invitations as a keepsake to remember your

special day.

Our custom wedding invitation online process

S T E P 1

Fill out the inquiry form and we will schedule a 30 minute consultation call. Before our call, I will send a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your style and direction you envision your invitations going in. I will then put together a custom quote and will have you pay a 50%, non-refundable, holding fee.

S T E P 2

After our call, I will put together a custom quote and will have you pay a 50% non-refundable holding fee.

S T E P 3

I will send you your first sketched mock-up of what your suite will look like. You will get 3 FREE design revisions included. After you have approved the sketches, I will begin the official design process and you can sit back and relax!

S T E P 4

You will sign off on the final design before your invitations are sent to the printer. This step takes up to three weeks. Once they have been printed, I will either assemble and address each suite and mail to your guests -or- mail them to you for you to assemble and mail out. Total process time is *9 weeks*.
