Meet Elizabeth Schmatz
Hi there! I'm Elizabeth, and I am a watercolor artist and stationer based in the beautiful mountains of Colorado Springs, Colorado, but serve clients all over the country. My husband, Tyler, and I moved out west from Indiana almost 9 years ago, to Portland, OR where we lived for 7 years. After falling in love with the mountains, we decided to pack up and move "closer" to home to Colorado Springs. I can't wait to celebrate with you, and create your very own custom invitations that will tell your unique love story and wow your guests.

Why Ruby Charles?​
Long story short, The Wizard of Oz is my all-time favorite movie (ruby slippers, ahem), and Charles is short for Charleston, South Carolina, the place my Gran is from, where I spent a lot of time growing up, and where Tyler and I were married! So, I thought, why not come up with a name that combines my two favorite things?? And Ruby Charles was born! Fun fact, I even wore my own ruby slippers at our wedding :)
